Partner Program — Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before applying.

1. Partner applications are subject to approval. TCI Journal may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Self-referrals are prohibited.
3. Fake accounts, fraudulent purchases, refunds, chargebacks, or any form of abuse may result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of all commissions.
4. Commissions are generated only after successful payment confirmation from Cashfree.
5. Recurring commissions continue only while the referred customer maintains an active subscription and the Partner Program remains in effect.
6. Cancelled or refunded subscriptions do not generate commissions and previously earned commissions on those transactions will be reversed.
7. Partners must not make misleading claims or guarantee trading profits when promoting TCI Journal.
8. Partners are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction.
9. TCI Journal may update commission rates or Partner Program terms with prior notice.
10. TCI Journal reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts for violations of these Terms.
