Shipping Policy

TCI Journal is a digital software subscription. No physical products are shipped. Therefore, physical shipping, delivery and product exchange do not apply.

1. Digital Delivery

• Access to the Service is provided digitally to the account associated with your registered email address.
• After a successful online payment, your paid features (Premium and, where applicable, AI Coach) are activated automatically within a few seconds on your existing TCI account.
• You do not need to enter an address, receive a courier, or wait for a physical package. There is nothing to ship.

2. If Activation Is Delayed

In rare cases (e.g. a payment processor delay), activation may take a few minutes. If your paid features are not visible on the Account page within 15 minutes of successful payment, please email tradercircleindia@gmail.com with your registered email and the order ID. We will activate your access manually.

3. Cross-Border Availability

TCI Journal is delivered over the internet and is accessible worldwide subject to local laws. Because there is no physical shipment, there are no customs, duties, or cross-border delivery charges to the customer.
