1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TCI Journal (the “Service”), operated by Trader Circle India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

2. The Service

TCI Journal is a trade journaling and analytics platform built for forex traders and Indian market traders (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, F&O, commodities, crypto). The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately at tradercircleindia@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Monthly Plan: ₹299 — grants 30 days of premium access from the date of successful payment.
  • Annual Plan: ₹2999 — grants 365 days of premium access from the date of successful payment.
  • All payments are one-time and processed by Cashfree Payments. There is no auto-renewal.
  • Paid time is additive: paying again before expiry extends your existing access.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email tradercircleindia@gmail.com within 7 days of payment to request a review.

5. Trading Risk Disclaimer

TCI Journal is a record-keeping and analytics tool. It does not provide investment advice, signals, or recommendations.Trading in forex, equities, derivatives, and crypto carries substantial risk and may result in the loss of your entire capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all trades, screenshots, notes and custom rules you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). We do not share, sell, or use Your Content for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials with another person.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing tradercircleindia@gmail.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trader Circle India and TCI Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
