Common questions
My payment succeeded but the app still shows me as Free.
Cashfree usually confirms within a few seconds. Refresh the Account page. If it still shows Free after 5 minutes, email us with your registered email and the Cashfree order ID — we'll activate it manually.
I didn't receive the password reset email.
Check the spam / promotions folder. Emails are sent from a Gmail address, so they should land in your inbox. If still missing, email tradercircleindia@gmail.com and we'll issue a manual reset.
Can I switch from Monthly to Annual?
Yes. Paying for the Annual plan while you still have monthly time remaining simply stacks — 365 days are added to your current expiry. You never lose paid days.
Can I export my trades?
CSV export is on the roadmap. In the meantime, email us your registered email and we'll send you a one-time JSON export.
How do I delete my account?
Email tradercircleindia@gmail.com from your registered address. We'll permanently delete your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
Refund requests
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Please email tradercircleindia@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with the Cashfree order ID and a brief reason.
